International degreed referee-observer Elchin Samadli has been appointed.

He will take part in the Futsal matches to be held in Group G of the first qualifying round of Euro 2022. National teams of Latvia, Denmark and Estonia will compete in this group. The games will be held from January 30 to February 1 in Latvia.

We must note that this is Elchin Samadli's first international assignment as a referee-observer.
