The XIII turn matches of the Futsal Top League have been held today. Before the match Neftchi – EKOL, Fritz Stuchlik, chairman of the AFFA Referees Committee; Javid Jalilov, head of department; Ramish Maliyev, Vice-President of the Futsal Federation of Azerbaijan; Murad Mammadov, referee observer of the match; and the EKOL team management presented a diploma of appreciation and memorable gifts to FIFA referee Elchin Samedli for completing his referee career.

Elchin Samadli, who was born on May 18, 1971 in Baku, began his career in 2003. The referee  observing games in different leagues has been assigned to the Premier League matches in 2006/2007.

Acting as futsal referee since the second half of 2007 exclusively, Mr. Samadli was appointed a FIFA Futsal referee in 2008-2018.

He observed more than 1150 matches in the different leagues of the country futsal championship, as well as, Azerbaijan Cup competitions up to now, and was assigned to 83 official games of FIFA and UEFA. Elchin Samadli was able to rise to the UEFA I category.
